Is find/replace case-sensitive?

Yes, the search is case-sensitive. "Hello" and "hello" are treated as different values.

Can I use regex patterns?

This tool performs literal text replacement. For pattern-based replacements, use the Regex Replace tool.

What if the find text appears in headers?

Headers are included in the search. If you want to exclude headers, consider using the Column Manager tool first.
